Doris has been in the catering industry for several years has worked as an Office Assistant and Office Manager at Silver Stone Events. Doris attended Grambling State University and majored in Business Administration. She grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her management skills from managing Chevron Chemical Company and The Chevron Refinery chemical laboratories. Doris retired after 30 years from the world of corporate giants and life of travel and joined Silver Stone Events in 2004.

She is really a jack of all trades and can take on anything and have it handled in a matter of seconds. Why does she like being in the catering business after spending 30 years in the oil refinery and chemical business? “It’s simple, I like being a part of the most memorable moments of people’s lives and being a contributor to the success of those moments and the challenge of a small growing company like Silver Stone Events that is becoming one of the leaders in the catering industry. Getting the vision and turning it into reality is just plain old fun!”
